Bossard began her career working in the commercial seafood sector in the year 1999. At the time, she worked as a fisherman on Murat Aritan's halibut 65 feet boat, which was later converted into a fish tender. Bossard, who is married to Aritan she has joined forces in order to claim their businesses. Both are in the direction of preserving resources and maximizing profits. Otolith opened its direct market wholesale distributor in Philadelphia when Bossard was able to return from in her home town with two daughters, Bella 3 years old and Andre 1, and Andre 1, to Philadelphia. Her husband has a long career in the fishing industry and often they are apart for five months or longer. This is when they're focusing on their environmental and financial targets.
